Course Curriculum Overview
As per the experts, AI is advancing and in the future, most job opportunities will be there. Also, we can see robots are important things in the future so this was the reason I had chosen this course. The faculty-student ratio at MITS is good, for every 5 students, there is a mentor. That means the ratio is 5:1. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. holders, well experts in teaching. Some have a degree of well Known institutes like IITs, and NITs. Faculties are friendly and solve your doubts whenever you ask. The way of teaching is learner-friendly. Professor uses a smart board whenever needed. There are two midterm exams and one end term each semester. The level of the exam is moderate. To pass the exam it is not so difficult as your marks are added to daily online quizzes. By following this way you can score pretty good marks.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies are coming to give an internship offer you can get this offer from your third semester. You may get snipped of Rs. 2,000 /- to 87,000/- in CSE, up to 60,000/- in IT. And up to 30,000/-in other departments.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Every year placement record of MITs is improving, last year highest package of 1cr is availed by a student however it was off campus. But the average package was also 6 cr which is far better than other colleges in MP if you do not include IIT, NITs, and IIITs. Last year a total of 50 companies visited, and a total of 940 offers were made. about 70% of students are getting placement in MITS. My plan is open a startup after getting a degree with my colleagues.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of MITS is not good. It is too costly even if it is a government college. They that a huge amount from you in name of development fee. The total cost in the first year is Rs. 1,25,000/- per annum only for the college fees. The hostel Fee is also a too costly total of Rs. 1,05,000/.
