Remarks

It required a minimum of 50% marks to apply for any given course. The online application form is available on the official website of the College. Quota reservation benefits are also available as per the rule. The admission process is quite fair and flexible presented by the college institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose B. A in English Honours, for English literature, has been my passion from the very beginning. The availability of faculty is moderate in numbers but they are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Students are also cooperative and well-mannered. Term exams are timely taken as well the scheme and method are appreciated. Although it's not quite difficult to pass for a mediocre student.

Internship opportunities are recently available in online mode for various sources such as content writing, designing, painting, cooking and etc. After completing the course it provides a certificate also.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is quite reasonable and can be afforded by the students. The cost of any course per semester is around Rs.2000/-. It may vary as more or less as per the course structure. No scholarship is provided by the college.

Campus Life

The college has a moderate infrastructure with enough rooms and buildings but has no playground. It has a good library. It covers almost all the books from the syllabus of various courses as well as the references required.

From the point of view of improvements, I feel that digital classes can be conducted in the class by leaving the theory classes. We were held a class for upto 1hrs, thus we had 4 class a day. Sometimes it is boaring sometimes it becomes striking, it depends on the mood. It is to say little knowledge is a dangerous thing, if you don't read you cannot pass the semester examination. Although it will provide you a second chance. But with change of syllabus the exam pattern also change. You need to attain a total percentage of 75(%) to maintain you honours subject otherwise you would be regarded as programme course student.
