You must be able to achieve the minimum required percentage in class 12 to get eligibility for appearing in the entrance exam. The application form and its notification can be downloaded from the official site of the controller of the examination. It's very convenient and simple.

The faculty and course curriculum matches the expectations. The professors are always open to solving problems and queries regarding the same. The teaching is smooth as far as I evaluated cuz everything from explaining the diagrams by presentation to the detailed description in laboratory classes is a great experience. The faculty is great and highly educated (many have PH.Ds and M.S) and cooperative. The exams are conducted semester wise and every semester is predefined for the convenience of the candidates. The 30:70 ratio of marks is dedicated to the internal and end-sem exams respectively. To be very honest, the course is limited and specifically defined already which makes it easier for students to focus on the required content (either on the internet or in books) without getting confused. Also, I felt it is easy to get past exams if you are able to dedicate 4-5 days to each paper before exams alongside consecutive study throughout the semester.

As far as the fee structure of major courses is concerned. I feel it is affordable enough to pursue courses here. For example- I got admission in the year 2021 and the fee I had to pay for the 1st year of my graduation was 7600 INR only also for the second year it got reduced as a continuation to 4500, which is really affordable. I am not enjoying any financial aid as such but yes there are some scholarship schemes on the premises which are exclusive to the students of the university only. The campus placement is not that good. They are very rare or exclusive to the technical line candidates like students pursuing B.tech etc. You are supposed to look forward on your own as it's pretty much tough to get a decent job these days. So, I can't really blame the college as such.

Campus Life is decent here. You can't really expect any concert or anything like that but yes there is many other programs that the university offer. Mushaira, Plays, podiums, drama, etc are there being conducted for recreational purposes. To be Frank, campus Life isn't too happening as such. The Maulana Azad Library is there, which is one the most famous library in India and it is surely great. It has plenty of books and resources for academic research. It is really huge and accommodates students. Also, the majority of the departments have their own seminar libraries which are enriched with academic content. There are multiple grounds for different types of sports and games. Interested candidates can surely look forward to joining respective sports clubs to represent in different competitions. Social media is also well covered by some Facebook pages and Instagram handles related to AMU.
