East Point College Short Review

I got into this College through Kcet. I applied for only top colleges in Karnataka for ECE & CSE Branch. The admission process was very easy after getting a seat through Kcet we have to download the allotment from KEA & we have to submit related documents to the college. We need to the pay skilllap fee in the college while reporting.

I choose Ece thinking that this branch has various opportunities. Another reason is that as I am equally interested in ece & cse I thought ece in top colleges is better than cse in average colleges though the beach is very hard to study. almost all faculties did M.Tech from top universities across India. so many did PhDs too. The faculties are very well experienced and the teaching method very good and they are very strict which helps students to focus more on the class. we have two internals & 1 external for each sem.

Students get internships after the 6th sem. the companies line Tech Mahindra, Artech Infosystem, AllState, etc. provide internships. many companies offer good stipends too. Right now I am in my second year I am waiting to get practical knowledge from good companies.

From the Placement Perspective, East Point College is too good for CSE. ECE students get good companies too. Students become eligible for placements after the third year. Top Companies like Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, Huron & Samsung do visit our college. About 90% of students got placed in CSE & about 80 to 85 % of students got placed in ECE Branch. The average package will be 4.5 LPA & Highest Package will be 25 LPA

For KCET 1 lakh per year but for management, it is 1.5 Lakhs per year. the college provides very good support in receiving scholarships offered by state & central Governments. College offers a free seat for students who have got above 95% in PUC & for those who have got Kcet rank below 10000 will get a total fee refund from the college which the student paid to KEA & College provides free hostel facility inside the campus.

Campus life is very good because the campus is very huge & the infrasture is very good. The classrooms are very well maintained. in the library, you can get any book that is related to your syllabus. Coming to the fest, the fest name called "Samskruthi" is held each year in May. but there are so many Cultural clubs that conduct regular events. classes will run as per the regular timetable.
