Remarks

One should write Ts EAMCET and get the required rank for different courses for CSE you should get below 8000 if you are in a general category. Minority reservations are there for TS EAMCET if you are SC or ST it is easy to get into it and it is in the top 4 colleges of Telangana

Course Curriculum Overview

CSE cyber security was my interest and the faculty is amazing but they will not teach up to their level which they actually can. The faculty are highly qualified and good. There will be 2 semester exams for one year and for every semester exams there will be 2 mid exams and passing is easy here

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The average stipend in an internship is 25k and the highest is 1.5 lakh per month. Different roles are offered but the interns' percentage is less. There are not so many opportunities for internships but you can do well if you do internships

Students get placements from 6th onwards and top leading companies of the world like Amazon, Google and many more gives offers the highest package is 47 lakh and the average package is 11 lakh. 75 percentage students get placed and others go for MS. After getting a degree I will go for ms to us

Fees and Financial Aid

There will be no fee hike as the government set the fee if you get a seat in the college but if you don't get a seat then you have to pay up to 10 lakh only for donations and a normal fee of 1.5 lakh per annum. No scholarship from college but government gives fee reimbursement if you get good rank in TS EAMCET

Campus Life

There are fest but not to that large extent at first you will be unsatisfied but later on you will get habituated to it but fest is less. There is a library and you can borrow books for 15 days. Amenities are good and the infrastructure is excellent. There are vr clubs, cultural club, and many more

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements . Were the first college is got is geetanjali college of engineering, but almost after such research I saw that it is not better than cvr college so for the second round i changes and make it to cvr .
