Experience matters more than money in medical feild

I applied for padmavathi govt college tirupati , Rims college kadapa e.t.c. because they both are government college and you know the opportunities, costs and experiences in government colleges. But according to my rank there is no chance to get government college, possiblity is only for private college and there are many private colleges like naryana medical college Nellore , pesimsr kuppam but I choose aimsr Chittoor because it has government hospital link with this college and this college is like half government and half private .
