Remarks

The eligibility of this course:- Should pass in intermediate. The application form is available on the chancellor portal and all the documents like the 12th mark sheet, admit card, and 10th mark sheet can upload online. There is a merit point from which students will be selected. After then, the documents were verified offline in the college. Then the admission fee paying online. If the seat is reserved then we will able to get admission if the admission will be closed. Yeah, the admission process is going online so we don't face such problems.

I like Zoology because in this we study animals. The survival or function of organisms. And I am curious to know the all unknown facts about organisms. There was a total of 52 or more students in the zoology department. Our HOD is a gold medalist in zoology and the way of her teaching is so good, we can understand easily everything. The exam would be conducted according to semester and the paper was moderate.

Class Size: 36Course Fees: INR 2200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It is a govt. college so the fees are affordable for any kind of person. There is only a scholarship e-Kalyan scholarship. In this, we fill this form through a college bonafide in which we will get our money according to our castes.

Campus Life

An annual fest is conducted and named "pajhra". Actually, Most of the students belong to St and Sc, so the name is like this. There are separate libraries for every department and hooks are available also. In our department:- All the species are available to find out which organism belongs to which category. And all other things like a microscope and human skeleton for visualization. There was a badminton court, volleyball court, and cricket ground. There was also a group of NCC in which students can join.

A Transformative Journey : My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.

BITM is known for great placements. Campus placement is good . Average package is 15 lpa. CS -19 lpa Mnc- 15 lpa Ece- 15lpa Mech- 10lpa BITM offer better placement than most of NITs. Many students crack off campus placement. CS highest- 1.86cr MNC highest- 89lpa.

Because I made my mind so clear and I was interested in coding. Faculty of Information technology department is far good and their management system is nice they guide us in a far easier way. The student ratio is 100 : 50-50 The teaching methods on this pandemic is now online but the teachers put their efforts in a way for good. St. Columbas college Is the best in my city

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am chosen this course because mathematics is my strongest subject from all of the others that's why I can choose mathematics. Faculty member of our college is very supportive but some of the teachers are very rude behaviour. Our college teachers are very disciplined about teaching and any project work. My class have 250 students. Every semester our college takes mid sem exam then a viva exam, assignment on every paper, group discussion, surprise test. The exam pattern was based on their classes. The exam pattern is moderate most times.

Positive: Good staff, your work will be finished in a day or in two days. Negative: There are group of aggressive students active in campus but don't worry they don't problem for you until you mesh with them. Also there in lack of proper classes and study in regular order.

I want to get admission to St Columbus college because it was located in my district Hazaribagh. It is a good reputed and oldest college in Jharkhand. But I had taken admitted to RLSY College because my father is also posted in Ranchi. I went to RLSY College with my all documents. Aadhar Card 10th mark sheet 12 mark sheet and admit card of 10th and 12th. I attached a photocopy of all the following documents with the admission form.
