Remarks

The eligibility is EAMCET rank. The college fee has increased a lot but there are changes in placements point of view. Our fee used to be Rs.113500/-, now it's Rs.160000/-. I think it's now worth paying 1.6 lac for the infrastructure in MGIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

I liked computer Science and I wanted to work in the software field, so I chose this course There will be a mentor for every 5 members. Qualifications of the faculty are Ph.D. for many teachers. There are two mid-exams and they are not that hard and the invigilation is completely strict.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 11350 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The campus jobs are now increased as the college became autonomous recently. The fee is 1.6 lac without miscellaneous. Although I got a rank under 10000, I don't get any scholarships as my father is a govt. Employee. But my friends get national scholarships and Telangana reimbursement of 35000 and full reimbursement is also there.

Campus Life

We have Nirvana fest in the months between February to March which is mainly 3 days. In that, we have cultural night, a technical fest for two days, and a few flash mobs before the fest. There are many updated books and journals in the library. Classroom infrastructure is not worth 1.6 lac per year. The college conducts many sports leagues.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

I got an answer rank of 7381, I have chosen only ece subject in all the colleges which I have applied in osanima university, CBIT, vasaviengineering college, Gokaraju rangaraju college. Also other top 10 colleges.I got seat in this college but I prefer CB.IT college more than our college and also vasavy.College is equal to MGIT. After applying for these colleges, I got to know that Vienna is not a good college is equal and Mania university is a good college, but faculty doesn't care about students according to seat in CBI t and mjt, please. Prefer cbit. The admission process in this college is simple. You should get seat through t. this is the best college for the students who are very auspicious and determined

i did applied for various colleges like chaitanya bharathi intistute of technolgy,vasavi ,vjr college etc and this college i got admissions in vasavi college and mgit but in vasavi college i got civil branch in which i don't have intrest and got IT department in mgit so i choose mgit over vasavi college and i got rejected by cbit, cvr college because i got eamcet rank which are not enough to get admissions in those colleges .In MGIT ,the minimum rank for the cse is 6000 and for ece and ET's the rank is 11000 for general category and we also have B category in which the students can get admissions through there jee mains percentile...Read More
