The college has been allotted 180 MBBS seats, with separate classrooms for separate departments. it has a seminar hall, dissection hall, and 24/7 wifi availability. College Library is one of the best libraries in the Country and has a sufficient number of textbooks in all subjects books reference books, national and foreign journals in each subject, online journals, Internet Access Wi-Fi, and many more. MBBS course is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and affiliated to the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and the Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur. World Class AC Auditorium with a Seating Capacity of 1500. There are fully equipped labs attached to all the Deptt. of CIMS.The admissions are being made through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG.

Exams are up on time. basically, there are 3 internal or terminal exams and a final University or external exam in a year which consists of lots of primary tests and seminars. the difficulty level of the exam is moderate to hard.

During internships, students are paid a stipend of around Rs 12,000 - Rs 13,000, and the internship is in our college's hospital. Once students complete the course they get government. Jobs with starting salary of Rs 50,000 per month Almost all the students get good jobs after MBBS. The highest package offered after MBBS is around 60,000, and the lowest salary is around 40,000. Mainly students get placed in government hospitals. Almost all the students got internships at government hospitals.

The college provides you with yearly scholarships under the National or state scholarship programs run by governmental initiatives if you are eligible to certain criteria. college department helps with financial assistance as per need.

The annual cultural fest celebrates as "RHYTHM". It is a weekly fest consisting of several programmes like dance, singing, sport, arts and quizzes of several genres performed by students of CIMS. For sports, there are many Indore and outdoor facilities available and the sports committee organize every year sports fest which includes badminton, tennis, cricket, basketball, and football tournaments.

Hostel facilities are available for both girls and boys, the hostel is situated inside the college campus. meals and menu are maintained well. registration for the hostel is done while admission is by cims departments, hostels fees are a minimum of 1500/ per year which is affordable.
