Remarks

Students who got a 10 GPA in the 10th class directly get seat in rgukt. Reservations are for sports and the NCC categories. Application is available at meeseva and needs to post it. Easy process. Need to pass all exams to get a seat.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering in Btech. The faculty is good. All they have done PhD. Faculty to student ratio is 15:150. Exams are semester wise and the pattern is moderately difficult.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

From 4th year sem 1 students get eligible for campus placements. Tech Mahindra, most MNCs and some cor companies like smartsoc, Efftronics, medhaservo. The highest and average package is 11lpa and 4 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not so much. Hostel fees are also included in the scholarship. The scholarship we get will be given to the college. There are no hostel fees. Government scholarship we get. No job so no stipend.

Campus Life

Tech fests are conducted annually mainly in January or December. There are a Dance club and a music club. Classrooms are well digitized with projectors and Lan connection. They provide laptops we do need not to pay money for that.

Hostel Facilities

Accommodation is good. Hostels are having wifi facilities. But as students increased girls' ratio is more. Mess food is good. There is no registration for the hostel and accommodation they provide rooms.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
