Entrance Preview

The reason I chose this college was that it is a renowned college in Mumbai and wanted to study near to my hometown.

Placement Experience

Around 750% students only got placed and the highest package was 4.8 lpa. Since management used to concentrate on their technical courses only, all the batches get that much attention in terms of placements are concerned.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was quite ok. Feasible for a middle class family. Students having domicile of Mumbai used to pay less fees as compared to students from rest of the India. I belong to Mumbai only so I paid less.

Hostel Facilities

I am from Mumbai itself so didn't opted for Hostel, though visited sometimes along with my batch mates. Rooms were spacious and clean. 2 or 3 students used to share one room. Security was very tight and students had to take approvals from their concerned guardians if they want to go out of hostel campus. Mess food was ok.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

PG Life at SSBF

Placement Experience:

Form the first semester itself students will be starting to get the internship opportunities as we have to complete 2 months of internship after first year. The third semester students, who come to campus after internship are all eligible for placements. JPMC, CRISIL, BNY, Federal Bank, KPMG, Tresvista, NUVAMA are a few of the companies visiting college. The highest CTC offered was INR 21.42LPA and the average CTC is INR 11 LPA.

Placement percentage is 100% for all eligible students. Highest Package (CTC) the was offered was INR 21.24 LPA, Average Package (CTC) is around INR 11 LPA. My Experience at SSBF

Placement Experience:

The placements here are decent. For internship the record stands still at 100% and for the final pacements its 95% for all the eligible students. If there wouldn't have been any placements here, I would've opted for the employement outside on my own as I have personal contacts and references in the bfsi industry.

Average in terms of placement but great if You wish to learn Finance in Depth

Placement Experience:

after the first sem students have to sit for Summer Internship (SIP) and the median stipend for the same is not high and aroun Rs.10000. Few of the companies who visited yet are JP Morgan, BNY, Crisil and a few more, SIP process goes on until Dec . The highest stipend offered as of yet is 85000 per month and the lowest is unpaid. the college maintains a 100% placements every year, as for the final placemnets the process starts at same time, and much more companies come for placement.

The College Provided an overall good experience for an average MBA College

Seat Allotment is through DTE CAP. DTE Maharashtra will open the registration for candidates who have appeared in the MAH CET exam. Candidates Should apply to participate in CAP rounds. For me, there were 3 rounds as suppose to 5 due to Covid and after each round respective merit list will be generated and published in the public domain. after that only 1-2 days will be allowed to report to the respective college to finalize and confirm admission seat.
