College infrastructure and faculty is very good.college is always towards clean and healthy environment and practices.
Entrance Preview
I took IP University CET and cleared it with 1024 rank. I opt for VIPS college as it is second best college under IP University for BCA. VIPS is second best college for BCA, BBA and first for LAW.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course BCA is though hard for a commerce student but with practice, hard studies and faculty help one can score good for the same.
Internships Opportunities
VIPS although did not offered any internships in second year of college studies but i have done an web design internship for which the faculty helped me a lot in every single decision. Stipend offered was though very low but you will have an experience letter which will help a lot in job interviews.
Placement Experience
Placements at VIPS are neither low nor high, I have seen my seniors getting placed at reputed IT companies and they are now permanent with a attractive salary package. Being an IT student i can say VIPS provides JOB opportunities to maximum of 30-40% of their students.
College Events
VIPS is best i should say in terms of event organizing and management. A lot of fests and events are celebrated at VIPS. Different Course celebrate their own annual cultural festivals. Some popular fests organized at VIPS are -VIPS GRAVITY, VIPS SPANDAN, VIPS MUNVIPS , EDUFEST etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is though expensive as compared to other reputed universities.For each course at VIPS one must pay yearly fee around 60-70k. It becomes difficult for a middle class family to bear that big amount.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship/loan facility is provided by VIPS. It should be there as it increases student's potential to study hard.
Campus Life
Campus life is great, extracurricular activities sports, games and inter college competitions are organized on monthly basis. College organizes camps and events like - Blood donation for a cause, Inter-college cricket cup, pottery making and other such activities.
Hostel Facilities
VIPS does not provide any hostel facility till date but the same will be there in few years from now. College has a Canteen/Cafeteria which sells poor quality food items. Canteen is very expensive with a poor taste.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni and seniors are great at VIPS. One will not have any complaint about any senior. Seniors are well mannered and helps their juniors in every possible ways. Seniors also help juniors in event organizing and management.
Exam Structure
Exam structure of college is as per the IP University rules and guidelines.There are two Internal exams and one final external exam in each semester. Also there are practical exams as per course requirement.
Faculty
Faculty of college is good and will help the student in every possible way.
