Remarks

Firstly, the admission process can be done online as well as offline. However, I have not availed the online process, I don't have any idea, but the offline process requires you to visit the college. In case you just want to get a brief overview of the college you can get a college prospectus for 300-/ you can avail of the prospectus from the office. Secondly, to be eligible for taking up a specific major paper (honors paper) you need a minimum of 45% you'll have to take up general if your overall percentage is below 45. Thirdly, to get admission you need to go to the office and take the admission form, the admission process requires you to bring a Xerox copy of your class 12 to admit card as well as a mark sheet along with it the college will give provide you with an admission form that consists two pages where you have to fill up your details along with some of your academic details after filling the application you can then make the payment in the account section next to the office.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course includes 5 subjects till the end of the 2nd year, the final year includes 6 subjects which are mandatory for all. As for the general, it has 4 subjects till the end of the 2nd year and 5 subjects from the start of the final year. I choose this college as it this is the most developed college in terms of teaching faculty, and modern means of teaching, it is far more advanced when it comes to using technology for educational purposes, and it also has a well-built infrastructure. The clearance of B.ED is mandatory for the teaching faculty, the teachings are very simple and easy to understand along with the use of power point and other visual learnings included too. It has 2 exams one for each semester, passing out will not be an issue, it's quite easy to pass out but only if you maintain your studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure includes two installments per semester. Admission will take place only when you first get admitted into the college that is the 1st Semester, then the next admission will take place before the 4th Semester. The installments will be together with the admission fees, meaning there is no need to pay separate installments and admission fees and during the other time, you'll have to pay only the installments. The admission fees along with installments will cost you around 13500-/ along with some security deposit if you're taking admission as a fresher then installments are usually different for BA, BCOM, and BBA. However, for B.A. you have to pay? 8000-/ till the 4th Semester then from the 5th semester you will have to pay 9500-/ till the final semester ends. Scholarships are usually either from the college end or the government based I don't have much idea as I have not availed it. Campus jobs are not available as of now.

Campus Life

4

The best thing about college is its campus life, it includes the best experience with seniors, juniors, faculties as well as teaching staff. The college has varieties of different clubs from music club to mountaineering club and even motorcycle club and basketball club. Coming to the festival tetso college host all the big events in Dimapur whether it be college fest or another outside fest. Tetsuo hosts the biggest fest called the pow-wow fest an inter-college fest including colleges from all over Nagaland and even from mainland India. We also have NCC, NSS, etc. Tetso also has a journal where articles by students and teachers are posted called the dottalks and morung journal. The availability of books in the library may be an issue at times however mostly all required books and materials are available most of the time. It also has Instagram page and a website. The classroom is well facilitated with fans, a power back, furnished desks, and benches it has clean and hygienic classrooms.

Remarks:

Our college has all the infrastructures that a student need for basic learning but not all for a complete standardized exposure linked to our talents. The attendance weight age is quite attentively followed and students may be dropped just because of the attendance. It's quite far from here town so, usually alot of people stay in the hostel, and staying in the hostel seems to be painful since the areas adjoin the college is a highway, and we don't have access to towns and good shops nearby in order to get our need full filled. Apart from my studies I'm also having a good time with my professors.
