Remarks

You have to maintain a good score of about 80% and for admission in physics and mathematics stream. Minimum marks required in 12th to get into this college is 60%. You can find its application form for admission on a website named "chancellor portal". If you are eligible for a reservation, you can find out on a website named " p k Roy memorial college Dhanbad.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose mathematics because this college is one of the best colleges for Bsc mathematics. Our maths faculty named nashim ahmed sir is one of the best teacher there. They teach us politely . Most importantly,exams in this college are conducted timely and it is somewhat difficult to pass.

Class Size: 400Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees in this college are too low. One with economic weaker section can easily afford this college. cost per semester is about 500. There is no facility for scholarships and also there is no need for scholarships because it is not so costly college.

Campus Life

Basically fresher party is conducted usually during the time of admission to college and it is amazing. There is a central library in this college where you can find different types of books which is the best thing about this college. The campus is ragging-free. There is a WhatsApp group for every semester student where they share their problems and solution.

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

A Transformative Journey : My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.
