Remarks

Our college has good enough eligibility of course. The 12th pass is the eligibility. We can find the application form on the Vel tech official website. We can reserve the seat for a fixed period of time. Everything is fine till now. No improvement is required.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in technology. And want to be a part of the growing world, and that's why I chose this CSE course. 60 students were handled by 1 teacher. Mid-term and unit tests were conducted monthly. Faculty provide the notes.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

After the third year, students are eligible for placements in college. Internships and other international offers are provided to students with full funding. Almost all the students get placed in companies. Like Capgemini, Oracle, and many more.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for computer science and information technology is almost the same and increased this year for new admission. Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship is available for every student for according to their percentage in the 12th standard.

Campus Life

Annual function and the local festival is organized in the college. The availability of books in the library is good. A computer lab is also provided for increasing their skills. Most of the websites are managed by a student in college.

Hostel Facilities

Air conditioner, table chairs, and an almirah are provided in the hostel room. Evening snacks with tea, coffee in the morning, and milk at night are provided. In Avadi nearby college, Lots of pg are available for the students.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

VEL TECH - A rollercoaster of emotions and feelings

Firstly I haven't got good marks in my APEAMCET exam and next thing is I came to know that my relatives sons have also graduated from the Vel tech University.
