Remarks

Eligibility is Student must pass on 10th SSC and 12th. If a student gets a 10 CGPA he gets seat confirmation. If he is from the government then the chances are more. Reservation for sports and NCC is available. If the student's age is more also more chances.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Ece as I am interested in electronics. The student-faculty ratio is 1:10. Many teachers are well-studied and pursued PhD. Only one teacher is not done now he is doing it. Exams are a moderate difficulty.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Till now 30 companies have visited and probably 80-90 companies have visited the campus. 90% of students got placed last year. The highest package is 11 lpa and the average package is 3.6lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship we get is from the government. It is only hostel fees and mess fees and academics. Siemens scholarship is also available but only for sure students who top it gets a scholarship. The job I didn't get.

Campus Life

Many fests are being conducted. Mainly every year in December named Antahpragyna Techfest. Classrooms are digitalised with a projector in each class. The sports facilities are not so good. The website is present.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are good. Every floor has a wifi router with wifi facility. Mess quality is very good not that much bad it is better. There is no registration for the hostel and we are directly staying on campus so we need to keep it in a separate locality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
