Eligibility: 10th class, application: online, selection: based on 10th board exams result, reservation: govt schools students have 0.4 extra GPA. The improvement I want to see is... Remove the postal process of application forms

Course Curriculum Overview

I have choosen1 one computer science and engineering in BTech. I chose it because I'm interested in software engineering. Student-faculty ratio: 100:1 All the faculty are well qualified in m.tech, Ph.D., etc... Exams are 2 sets per year... We can pass the course only if we attend classes

Placements on campus are good From 3rd-year 2nd-semester students can apply for placements. Many companies visit every year... Like Infosys, Wipro, Techwave, TCS, etc... Nearly 800 students per year are hired

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 1.4 lakhs per annum... But most of the students get a scholarship from the state govt. Fee reimbursement is available. It is through Epass. Also, students get jobs in their final year through campus placements

Campus Life

Life at the campus is beautiful. Every year there will be an annual fest where there will be technical events and culture. The library consists of many course-related books and magazines on literature also. Classrooms are digital

Hostel Facilities

RGUKT Basar is fully residential. Every student should be there in the University hostel itself. Each room is accommodated 2 students. Food quality is not so good... But have to adjust... The meal consists of rice, sambar, dal, curry, curd

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
