Remarks

I get into Chinmaya college in a merit seat. Admission forms can be get in the mgu cap. If you are eligible for their criteria they will select you and can join the college. The admission process is not too hard. We should go to college for admission. They will provide a form and we should complete the form and should pay the first semester fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a commerce student. So I thought of knowing about finance and exploring more commerce. There are 60 seats available for every course. Almost all seats are full now but 6 or 7 seats are there to fill. Teachers are very friendly and supportive and their teaching methods are theoretical and more practical too Term exams conduct after 3 months and it was difficult to pass.

Placement Experience

There are campus placements. During the 5th and 6th semesters, students are eligible for campus placements. I am in 1st semester so I didn't get any offer. 75% of students are getting placements. I planned to do higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think fees are high. For one year it is 46500. So we should pay for it in 2 semesters. There is no scholarship provided for students. I didn't get any job because I am a 1st-year student. But they are so many students who got placements.

Campus Life

They conduct every fest like the annual day, arts day, and sports day in the month of last week of November to January. Every type of book are available in the library Classrooms are well mannered and it has a camera and also there is a smart room to watch the concept while studying. There are special clubs for every activity like an art club, sports club, language club etc...

Interview Experience

I got admission to this college by merit according to my 12th performance and mark. The admission criteria are that they ask for our details such as 10th and 12th marks and we should give some certificates that they are asking for. I just get ready with some important files which they ask for in the admission process.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.
