Remarks

The admission process was fine. College faculties are very cooperative in that whole process. Admissions are based on Jee percentile criteria. After that, you have to apply for counseling inorder to choose respected institutes. Then you have to went to the college on the date allowed for the admission process. There is no entrance/ gd/ competitive exam thereafter. Admission is solely on Jee basis. Cutoff based on Jee percentile and stream chosen by candidates. Cutoff - CSE>Mechanical>ECE>Civil

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose Computer Science Engineering (CSE). Because I am interested in Computer Fundamentals and a little bit of coding since my schooling. Faculty members are friendly with students. There is a 1:60 faculty-student ratio in our college. All the respected faculty members are either Ph.D. holders or M.tech MBA graduates. The faculty teaching method is fabulous as they started from scratch and carry forward students towards advanced concepts. Term exams were held every 6 months. There is no difficulty in passing the exams. You just have to have just a little attention to them.

Placement Experience

3

Since placements are not up to the mark in this college, there is a steady increase in placement drives in recent years and it is expected it will provide better placement options in upcoming years. You can visit the college website if you wanted to know which companies hiring our college students. The highest package til now is 8 LPA for the software engineer profile. 80% of students get placed and others went to pursue higher studies. My plan after getting the degree is to work as a software developer.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is moderate compared to other colleges and institutions. The student has to deposit 44,100/- per annum to enroll in the course he/she wanted to pursue. There are chances of availing the scholarship for backward categories and economically weaker sections of the societies. Anyone can avail of scholarships like PM NSE easily if they are eligible for it. Campus Jobs are increasing gradually every year with an average of 6lpa till now.

Campus Life

4.5

Life at the campus is very charming and fabulous as you can new friends here who came from different states of our country. College is not actively participating in cultural fests but with time it started organizing several camps including a blood donation camp, hoisting the flag on independence day, etc. There is a sports meet, annual function, farewell, freshers party every year. Books and journals are available in the library. The library is bigger and well equipped with books and proper ventilation. Books are issued if want to carry them with you for your studies.

Hostel Facilities

4

There are separate Hostels for boys and girls. In one room there is accommodation for 3 children. Till now only fans are provided not the air conditioner. Water coolers are there for drinking water. There is a TV room earlier but with time it now became a store room. Rooms are provided with tables, chairs, and almirahs. Mess is good and food quality is also good but not compare it with that of your Home. You can register for Hostel accommodation at the time of the admission process. You can also stay at rooms or PG as nearby localities have rooms in the good count with reasonable cost. But I suggested you should once try Hostel as it provides you good exposure.
