Remarks

The eligibility of the course was based on the ACPC and through the Management Quota process. For Management Quota the admission form is available on the CHARUSAT website or for the ACPC the application form is available on the ACPC website and the fee details are also available on both websites. My rank in ACPC was 5541 but I fall under the category of OBC and due to it got the reservation benefits and got admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I love coding and also in nearby future this branch will be very demanding in the market so i have chosen this course. For theory class, the ratio is 1:90 and for the practical labs the ratio is 1:25. All the Faculties are very well qualified and all have gained Ph.D. in their respective fields. There are three exams conducted by our University in 1 semester and the gap time between each exams is between 1-1.5 months. The exams are not much difficult you can easily crack the exam if you work little hard before the exams.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, we have to do a compulsory internship after the 4th and 6th sem. Most students get placed before the 8th sem. College didn't provide internships to all students but compulsory internships let us learn a lot so it is good. we have to do a mini project in the 3rd sem and a major project in the 6th sem onward.

Placement Experience

From 6th Semester. The companies visited are Einfochips, TCS, etc. The highest is 12 LPA and avg. is 6 LPA. Approx. 90% of students have been placed in our University and University is providing pretty good placements. I plan to do Masters in Canada.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees are 128000 and the additional fees are 4000 including the library, exam, and many other fees. I have got the MYSY scholarship which helps me financially to fulfill my college fees and so with this scholarship fee I can manage my both college and hostel fees.

Campus Life

The annual fest held in our University is Spoural and the tech fest held is Technotarang, Cognizant. All types of books, as well as journals, are available in the library and you can read any of them as per your wish. Air Conditioning System, Projector, and speakers are provided in our classrooms. The sports and extracurricular activities are very well organized on our campus and students are actively participating in each of them. There are many clubs on our campus like GDSC and Eager Beavers Club.

Hostel Facilities

We have facilities like Air-Conditioning System and room is of 3 sharing so each students is given their separate cupboard, shoe section and desk. The meal quality is pretty good and hostel has mix menu. You can apply in offline as well as online mode.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

Placement Experience:

Placement was not good at all!. There are only internships provided and only those students can archive the good placement who have good relations with our principal. This this was litterly not good at all. The amount of internship was unpaid and some are 5k per month!.

Charusat: A dream or a Nightmare

Placement Experience:

About 60 percent of my class is been placed those who have sat in the placement. E-infochip is the one of the company of Ahmedabad who has given the placement offer of 15 lakh to a student and there is a placement cell in my college which does all the procedure of the company. 30 percent students are opting for higher studies , about 60 percent have sat in placement and rest are doing bussiness and government preparation. We have huge placement offers and a lot of internships and we have collaboration with top 3000 companies in many other fields across all courses and we have highest package about 64 lakhs in cse department and we have huge placements in hardware department like electronics and civil and we have collaboration with qualcomm and Intel nvidia and many more and we could be placed from the 2 year like probably 5 semester for the placements and around 100 companies have visited nd around made a 1200 job offers with marwadi university in last 3 months and as I told we have 64 lakhs in highest and lowest is 6 lakhs and the percentage is about 90 to 92% placed who are selected and my plans after degree is to be good placed in a top tier company with good and minimal placement.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.

Good education good campus l

In Gujarat state there acpc admission council every year they conduct the entire admission process for BTech and I applied to various other colleges like a DDU Dharam Singh University and Nirma University and birla vishvakarma University also but there cut off was a bit high from what marks I have so I didn't pass the cut off so I didn't get the admission and I choose this college because other college that I was getting admission even not quite good enough and they were lacking in infrastructure also they were looking the facilities for experiment so I take these college and the talking about admission process of my college it takes student in 2 ways the first one is from acpc counselling in acpc counselling you have to get a percentile above 75 to get admission in this particular course and the other way that is the management quota in management quota give you a rank based on your percentile and the number of students that have applied in the management quota round so they conductor a management quota round on a specific day and they call students based on their rank if you are having your rank and in a particular course there is a seat empty you can get that seat overall admission process is good if you are having marks and you are having the appropriate percentage you can get the admission there is nothing about donation or anything if you are having the marks you can get admission if you are you can't get admission...Read More

My experiences of university

The entire process after 12th was hosted on the ACPC website where the students can fill the colleges they want to enroll in and based on the merit cut-off the students get a final college in the Website,there are 2 rounds for such a choice filling and the 3rd round is the vacant round.Not much improvement needed ,just wanted that the government should improve the site with better options while filling the acpc choice filling for students.
