Chandigarh University Campus is good not the oppurtinity

for admission, one must have 70 % in the 12th class You can find all the details regarding admissions on either website or by calling the help centre at the university we gave an entrance cum scholarship test so I got a 40% scholarship which the university tries to take away the application process is fine but they ask for 5k rupee to register the seat

the course curriculum is not good each semester only 2 core subjects are there and others are just sideline subjects which are not necessary The faculty is okay but not that great some are good and helpful but mostly are rude most of the faculty is postgraduate and they teach everything from ppts in a semester there are two mid-semester exams and then a final end-semester exam they are not that tough to clear

College provide a letter of recommendation to the place where the students want to go and they are also accepted as interns at least for a month central, state, and regional forensic science labs give internships for my course we had to deal with the investigation and stuff in the projects

the fee structure is okay but they have some hidden charges in the fee like the examination fee and the placement training program fee scholarships are given on merit and entrance exam basis also on quota based also they also give documents for education loan there are no campus jobs available my semester fee is 40000 and with the examination fee it is 42000 the scholarship is named CUCET Chandigarh university common entrance exam and scholarship test

live here is fine its a bit crowded but exposure is available also it depends upon the student clubs are there but they mostly waste time the campus's the outside infrastructure is good but can't say that for internal structure the labs are insufficient CU fest is an annual fest and Hakethon is a tech fest in a month least 2 are conducted my course books are quite short nothing special is available in the classroom The university support sports students but the grounds on the campus are insufficient nuts they have a sports complex far from the university social clubs are photography clubs and tech clubs

hostels are good they have almost every facility 4 seater rooms are quite short but the 5 seaters are very spacious and bed almirah study tables are provided the menu is okayish food is also okay not high quality hostels could be registered via coming to university or by mail or through the website or by calling availability is less these days no locality rented space taken by me
