Remarks

For opting B. Tech in shambhunath Institute of engeenering and technology, one has passed class 12 with science in good marks. The admission start every year in the month of July- August every year and admission form available on the website as well as reception of college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for this course in this college because the faculty in the college is well educated and qualified. The doubts were clered by teacher in the class. After completing every unit the college organizes the sessional exam for the student to improve their performance.

Placement Experience

After 3rd-year students get eligible for placements. Companies such as TCS, pyramid construction, pyramid consultancy, Wipro, etc came for placements drive and the average package offered by them is 3.5 lakh and 60-70 students get offer letters every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the college is 85000 per year for BTech and if want to avail hostel facility then an additional 50000 you have to pay for it. The scholarship is also given by the state government as per the course fee. Many students get placed in this college, and today I am working as a software developer in pyramid consultancy.

Campus Life

The campus is big it consists of two football grounds and one basketball court, two badminton courts. Tech fest is organized by the college every year in the month of November and December. Books are provided by the college at the time of admission.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges
