Our college has been online or offline for both admissions processes. I took the entrance exam and my rank was 5000 when I admission this college. There are also reservation processes to get admission to this college.

I choose this course because I have pretty interested in this course. In this college faculty members are good. There are well knowledgeable and educated. Their teaching method is so good. There have internal exams per month and semester exams per year.

Our college also gives the opportunity to get an internship. Different types of companies like IBM, TCS, Wipro, etc came and give this opportunity. Approximately 150000 package they provide that's is pretty good. And we are very.

Our college placements is pretty good. Many different types of companies like IBM, TCS, Bassett, bavistech, etc company are come and give us placement opportunities. The average package of these companies is approximately 250000.

Fees and Financial Aid

To complete this course I have to pay a total of 273000. I pay this amount separately per semester. I got a swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship per year and this scholarship amount is 60000. this scholarship is really helping me to complete my course.

Our college campus is very beautiful. Our college has one canteen. There are have a big playground. There are have also a library for each department, they provide many different types of books. There are have a big auditorium.

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

Our college campus is fully green campus. All teachers and faculty members are highly qualified and very helpful. All the classrooms are well groomed. Library is very good. All types of books are available in our library. Semester fees is comfortable for all types of students. Admission process is very easy. All types of scholarship are available for all students. Laboratories are decorated by updated instruments. Gym is available in our college. Playground is very clean. Many outdoor games (like: Football, Cricket, badminton etc.) and indoor games (like: chess, caram etc.) are available in our campus. 24Ã—7 hours electricity and water are available.
