Remarks

I had taken addmission through UPSEE. I got 212 marks and 34009 rank in that exam. I filled the exam form and appeared for the exam. The exam fees was about 1300 rupees. I belongs to OBC so I get OBC rank as 11950. Now the admission is taken through JEE Mains exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I am interested in becoming a coder. All teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Maximum of teachers are having PHD degree and having years of experience of teaching. All teachers teaches well in classes and also clears doubt whenever the students ask to them about anything. All teachers are of Al quality. Sessional exams are conducted within every month and in the end of semester the semester exam was conducted by the University.

Well known companies like DRDO. GeeksforGeeks etc. offered internship in our course as data analyst, Full stack Developer, frontend developer etc. Stipend is given according to the post what the students are applying for.

After 6th sem all students are eligible for campus placements. 85-90% of students get placed in IPEC. Highest package offered in our college is 10. 65 LPA and average package offered in our college is 4.5-5 LPA and Lowest package offered in our college is 3. 5 LPA. Top Recruiting companies for our course are Infosys,TCS, Capgemini, Paytm, Nagarro, Wipro, etc. .60% of students got internship from our course in good known companies like DRDO. GeeksforGeeks etc. Top Roles offered in our course is data analyst. Full stack Developer. frontend developer etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is different for every year. First year - 125356 rupees Second year - 114356 Third year - 116356 Fourth year - 117356 Students get scholarship from state government by filling the Scholarship form and submitted documents to the college. Many of our seniors get internship and getting stipend for that and they all are in goog companies now.

Campus Life

Annual fest is conducted in the month of April named as Udbhav. It is conducted once a time in a year. Tech fest are conducted time to time by societies of our college. There is a sports arena where all the students who wants to play can play their favourite sports after the college time. There are many societies in our college named as CSI, ACM, Trinity, Dhaivat, etc.

College timing i hate it giming is from 9am to 5pm till your 3rd year and in 4th year only 3 days classes are there...
Management of college is not so much good it is okay okay..
Fest and freshers are also okay okay in this college...

Not so big companies are cone for campus placement you should must have to try for off campus if you want a good for on campus only sales companies are come here and some tech companies are also come....

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

I applied to Delhi University but they did not have btech so I did not select that college. Apart from this I applied to rkgit and niet but they were too far from Delhi. I did not get rejection, I just couldn't join them because either they did not have the course I wanted or they were too far from my home. My college admission process is pretty simple, you can take direct admission by visiting the college or fill councelling online and select this college. My review on Inderprastha engineering college

Other than IPEC, i wanted to join SRM Chennai. I was not able to join cause i was late to application and the only course that was available was Biotechnology. So i joined IPEC, in year 2021 it was under top 10 category for top colleges of AKTU. And also it was close to my home. Easy transportation, close to home, nice infrastructure. The admission process was quite easy, it took almost three days for me to fulfill it. And out of that one was only college tour day. Other two days took to fees submission and all documents submissions. The eligibility was decided by affiliated universitythat is AKTU, which is most of the time around minimum 70-75% in PCM.
