So the admission process was really simple and easy, the eligibility for the course is a 12th pass out from any stream. You can find the application form on amity university's official website, I have not availed of any reservation benefits as such. No, I would not like to see any improvement in the admission process as such.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I was interested in marketing, advertising and journalism, the faculty to student ratio is 1:50. The qualification of our faculty is from Amity University or any top-notch university from the same field, their teaching method is quite fun and interactive they ensure that kids stay engaged in the class via debates or discussions. We had 2 term exams every year and the difficulty level was mediocre.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike policy was between 5% to 10% and the cost to study varied from course to course. I did not receive any scholarship or financial assistance as such but I know people who did avail them. I did get a job while being in college but that was via LinkedIn no college placement.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is really very pleasant and beautiful, I don't remember the name of the fests or when were they held. We had all the books and journals available in the library, in the classroom, we had all the basics, sports and extracurricular activities are immense and one will never get bored. Drama Club, music club and so on.
Interview Experience
Yes, I did face group discussion, interviews and written test for admission the topics were on current affairs and basic english. It was a three step process where the criteria was just a passout from 12th standard. I did not prepare for these rounds as I well versed withe topics.
