Remarks

Eligibility was a minimum of 55% in 12th, and then they took the entrance test for the course. Application for admission is available from the department only for a fee of 200 rupees. The improvement I want is admission process should be done online also so that students coming from far-off places can fill out forms and come only once to give the entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to do MBA so I chose this course, faculty was very nice and we're always available in the department for queries they are very approachable. Faculties qualification is they've done their Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University and some of them from foreign universities and some from Delhi School of Economics and IIT.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship is low due to its location, as it is situated in Aligarh and there are no good factories offices and any MNCs so students are forced to go to Delhi for job or internship opportunities only after completing their studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very low, it's very affordable considering other universities, there were no fee hikes during the duration for which I studied. The financial assistance we got was a central government scholarship i.e. NSP scholarship.

Campus Life

There are a lot of programs and rest which happen throughout the year like Founder's day which Is a grand event celebrated for 3 days, then there are mushairas and another literary fest. University has central Libra which is one of the largest libraries in Asia, it is open 27/7 and almost every book are available there. The whole Campus is wifi covered. There re lot of clubs and sports activities like horse riding, swimming, skating, hockey, football, cricket etc. And for club is there Hindi club, English club, filmy club.l etc. There are many pages across social media which are run by students and there are few apps on Play Store which students have developed.

AMU was amazing!!
