Remarks

The centrally air conditioned cafeteria was provided for students and they follows a menu that is designed by a team of professional dieticians. The food items comprising nutrition and wholesome food ensure a well-balanced diet. The environment of the cafeteria stimulates and energizes the students by offering a wide choice of food, light snacks and hot and cold beverages.

I opt for this university because my elder sister was also studied from this university. So, she suggest me and guide me this university for my best career.

Placement Experience

This provides them an opportunity to interact with professionals and executives. Some of the recently visited companies are mentioned Collage Group, Lakshay Technology Solutions, IntelliGrape, Prologic Technologies, ALMT Legal, Acxiom Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Strategic Resources, Aptara, Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited, Just Dial, Daffodil Software Ltd. etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarship was given by the university to those students who have aggregate marks of 75% - 79.99 % in Class XII Board Examination. This scholarship shall not be given to a candidate with compartment/back paper in Class XII Board Examination.

Campus Life

Campus has Well-stocked and fully automated library has a rich collection of over 47,000 learning resources in the discipline of Management, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Law and Other related areas. It also possesses a very rich collection of e-books, e-journals, and online databases such as EBSCO - Business Source Elite Full text has more than 22,00 Journals, Company Profiles etc etc.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel security was very strict and they do not allow Intoxicants, Liquor, Tobacco, Explosive or weapons, knife etc. cannot be kept /stored by the student in the hostel premises. Students are not permitted to cook any food item within the Hostel premises. Burning of crackers or playing with colors etc., is prohibited inside the Hostel premises. Student can open their Bank Accounts in OBC Branch in University campus for which necessary assistance can be sought from the Registrar Office of the University.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

A review for one of the best university in Dehradun

Placement Experience:

The placement of Geu is not that great buy provides jobs to about 80 percent students but for that u have to be eligible for the requirement of the job. The studnets are generally eligible to sit for placement from 5 th semester for BBA and 7th semester for Btech The companys which generally visits are Accenture ,Google , TCS, Wipro and many more The highest package when i first joined the college was around 8lakh for BBA but the average package was around 3.5 lakh The percentage of studnets getting placement was around 75 to 80 percent My plans after getting this degrees is to try for competitive exams like CAT , CMAT , GMAT

After 1st year the student are eligible for placement there are lot of companies visited like Reliance,Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, TOI, and the minimum package is 4 lakh and the maximum package is 30 lakh approximately 85 percent students are placed

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students was eligible for placement. Google, yahoo, zomato etc. Highest package was 4 lakhs. 90% students got placed. My plans was to take a break minium of 2 years to make some money and establish a business

I have a good taste in business field that's why this course influenced my decision to take this course. There is good scope for choosing this course. There are subjects related to environmental studies which tells about the importance of our resources which are limited . Because of this everyone can use resources in limited way .

Admission:

UPES takes admission on the basis group discussion and personal interview. At first you have to fill you have to fill out the admission form and then on that basis you are given venue accordingly for your GD and PI.
