Remarks

The eligibility of the BCA course is- 50% in the 12th class from any board. The application you will get from the college website is released soon after your 12th result declaration. The application fee is 200rs. If you belong to SC/ST caste you will get the fee concession i.e.24000rs for the first year BCA which is almost half of the other caste fees i.e. 53900rs per year. The admission process is very simple first you should fill merit form, if your name comes on the merit list then you would be called for further admission and if you have all documents then your admission will be confirmed after the payment of First-year fees. I think there is no need for improvement in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because I wanted to make my career in software. The faculty of the college is highly qualified and good at teaching and taking practical's. You might not like some subjects like FOC because it is more theoretical but you may like subjects of C, DBMS, etc. There are 4 to 5 subjects per semester. The seats are 80 for BCA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 54000 Rs per year. Till now I had not come up with the scholarship programs, so I have no idea about them. There are external scholarships offered by the govt for which you can apply to ATB.

Campus Life

4.5

The infrastructure of the college is good but also old and needs renovation. There is an availability of the computer which are good and well maintained. There is a library you can get all the books and study material from them. Many sports are being Played and the college participates in all the sports. There are more than 20+ sports played. There is always a P. E class once a week.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel cost of my college is almost 1lakh per year but I have taken a pg which costs me 3000 per month and the mess costs me also the same 2500-3000 per month. There are many messes available nearby which provide good quality of food.

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Placement Experience:

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
