Remarks

College did not take any entrance exam for admission. There are some reserved seats for Jain students The admission process was quite simple so I don't want any changes in the admission process is simple and straight

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in computer science earlier so I continued to make my career in it. The faculty for our course in our college is excellent with good teaching experience Our faculty is highly qualified

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our college also gives us good internship opportunities. Recently many students were taken for persistent internships and afterward hired for jobs. We have given the best projects from college in many hackathons and won prizes.

Placement Experience

We have the best placement in our college. our college has tie-ups with Excellent companies The company names for e.g are Persistent, TCS, , Wipro, etc There is 100 percent of placements in our college.....

Fees and Financial Aid

We pay 60 thousand as our fees per year. The scholarship we get is EBC. I want a good job with probably of the higher package from 5 lakhs As we have very good Placements i.e 100 percent. We have a very good campus.

Campus Life

We enjoy our campus life Some events take place around September in our college Also, there are sports and extra circular activities conducted in our college in around May as we had our sports this year

Hostel Facilities

The facilities are good in our hostel with good infrastructure We get a good type of food The fees are affordable. The fees are as per the no. Of members in a classroom The locality is not that good in Solapur if we rented a room outside its better to go for a hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 20000 per year

Interview Experience

No there are no Group Discussions or interviews or written tests for the admission process There are some documents required if u get this college on your list for admission. The percentage criteria differ for various courses

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
