Remarks

1st we have to appear for jee main exam. Through the JEE main rank, the college selects the students. This is the admission process of GIFT college. After the selection, we have to complete the admission form and fill in the details.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am perusing agricultural engineering, I choose this course because I have an interest in that. This college has per course 14 to 17 faculty and student per course 50 to 60 except the CSE branch. In Cse branch have 200 students.

The college selects the internship program per semester and gives it to the students. But in this internship program, college takes the charge. These internships are paid. We have to pay the money for the internship program.

I am perusing my 4th Semester in agricultural engineering. So regarding placement, I don't have so much information. But I heard that some companies are coming and students gets placed. About 60 % students get placement per annual

Fees and Financial Aid

In this college, the course fee is 80000 and hostel charges are 40000. After the 1st year, if you want to take a seat in a hostel for the 2nd year then you have to clear the 1st year all dues and pay 30000 advances. Total fees for a year have to clear part-wise in a year.

Campus Life

In this college, there is free WiFi available. After joining in this college, till today, there is no function is happened. There is a small library and every Thursday having a hobby club for all interesting students.

Hostel Facilities

There are hostels room are good but not best. There are no repair rooms per year. Taking seat in hostel process is so difficult. Having a Canteen, there students get 3 times meal per day. For take seat in hostel, have to clear all dues of previous year and 30000 advance.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for internship but after 4th sem the students are eligible for Plecement. More the 95% students get the placements. Highest package is aprox Rs.4300000 and lowest is 300000. My plan is for higher studies after getting degree.

ITER SOA is quite intimidating!!

Placement Experience:

IBM, Siemens, Philips and many other companies and even the chio makers and computer makers are also one of the main share holders in placements. For CSE department the average placements are of 15-20 lakhs but for our department the average drops down to 6 lakhs per annum.

Best College in this Budget

I applied in SOA and Trident Academy because of the high course fee ,i didn't do the addmission. Gift is Autonomous college and my elder brother preferred me this college and the fee is affordable. No I don't scored good in JEE so I clearly admitted in GIFT. Students must be attended JEE,OJEE exam or others engineering exams and there is no certaint cutoff for the course. I had applied only for GIFT College as GIFT College is one of the top private engineering colleges in odisha.
