Remarks
BC College is widely known for its faculty. My aunt was also a student of the college at her time. And it is at 10minutes walking distance from our house. I also had an option of Asansol Girls' College but as it was a little strict and also I heard that I must go to that college every day which I was not able at. BB college was very much distant from me. So I preferred BC College and it appeared to be a good decision for me.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was a great fan of English since my school days and though I got 78 percent marks in HS with pure science stream (PCMB) I chose English. BC College was great at English faculty and the professors and HOD were so friendly and available for our queries every time. There was one semester per 6months so a total of 6 semesters in the whole course. We went to Asansol Girls' College for appearing in the semester. After the 1st year, everything became online.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee was around 4000 per year. In the first year, we paid 3500 Rs and in the second year we paid 3750 Rs and in the final year, we paid 4500 Rs almost. They provided us a date to submit the fees along with the registration form for that year after that we can get the admit card.
Campus Life
There was a college union. The members were very helpful. NCC was here. The library was really good having a vast number of books. The labs were very neat and clean and there was a Gym in our college.
