Remarks
KIIT conducts its examination for admission. A minimum 60% aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. The application fee is free and dates will be announced on the websites after the board examination.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Civil Engineering there as I had an aim to get into PSUs. As it is a private institute so the number of students is more than here the average number of students in civil engineering in my batch is 300. The faculties are good.
Fees and Financial Aid
At the time of admission whatever the fee in that session that will be fixed for your entire session it means it won't increase after every semester. For SC/ST there is a scholarship. You can study on education loans too. Campus for core branches is sometimes below average in their respective fields. You may get a job in the IT sector studying Electrical or Civil Engineering.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is very livelihood. There are many food courts, gyms, libraries, and grounds. Every campus has its own food court and gym especially. There are a lot of societies if I will tell you the numbers then it may be around 30 different societies. KIIT has its own fest called KIIT Fest.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very well maintained and the mess is also good. Like in a week for one or two days you won't get that much tasty food which you will get for the days. AC and Non-AC rooms are there. Single to triple sharing rooms are there. KIIT has more than 6 hostels only for 1st-year students.
