Remarks

The admission process for the concerned state student will be according to the marks and the merit list. To join under management, an entrance test will be conducted, and according to the merit list selection process will be done. The eligibility to choose a course is a student must have 60 percent and above. Improvement should be done while the payment process is done and the while the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Biomedical engineering under B.Tech as this course was an emerging course during that time. I joined this college because the course was only initiated here at that time. The student and staff relationship in the college is very good and everyone will be friendly. The teaching method will be good when compared to other colleges in Pondicherry. Regarding the exams, as the teaching systems are very good it is quite easy to concentrate and pass in exams.

Internships Opportunities

Regarding the internships, only a few companies will come forward to give internship opportunities. Less importance will be given to this site as I noticed. In addition to that, we can do internships with our knowledge.

Placement Experience

Completing the third year of college the students are eligible for the placements. Name of the companies offering placements: TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, HCL, Strive, Integra, Cognizant, Byjus. The highest package is 12LPA. The average package offered was 3 LPA. 95% of the students got placed in the above-mentioned companies. I got placed in a company during my final year and currently working as a Program Manager.

Fees and Financial Aid

Regarding the fees structure, no higher fee will be collected. It will be as per your percentage obtained in the 12th grade. Financial assistance will be given to the students who are financially weak and unable to pay the fee. Coming to the placement/ campus jobs the average salary per yr is 3.5 LPA. Last year 95 % of the students were placed in the well-reputed companies.

Campus Life

Cultural and symposiums will be conducted usually per year. Symposium will be held under the respective departments. The name of the cultural event which will be held per year is RECOFES. More importance will be given to sports and extracurricular activities. There are many clubs initiated for the wellness of the students so that they should excel both in academic and extracurricular activities.

Students become eligible for placement from 3rd year 6th semester itself but the college does not bring any company for placement on time. 5 years back standard companies lkke tsc, hcl, cts etc used to come. But nowaday it is very rare. Lowest package is 2 lpa and highest package is 6 lpa. Average is 4 lpa. Very least students get placed. Try off campus. Do not believe the college
