Remarks
For taking admission to BBA, you'll have to sit for the NPAT exam after 12th grade from any stream. There is only one entrance exam and if you cross the cut off you get into one or more campuses of NMIMS, however, you'll have to choose one according to your preferences. The application form and details are available on the website. There is no reservation policy for the BBA course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very holistic and you'll see almost 100% difference in your personality and confidence if you join this college. The faculty is well educated from very famous universities. Term exams are held on time and it's fairly difficult, however, if you pay attention in class, it's more than enough to get you good marks.
Internships Opportunities
At the end of the second year, during the summer break, you must get an internship. Almost all of my classmates got their internships via college itself. You get almost above 5000 per month stipend plus other benefits if you do well during your internship. It gives you an insight into the elective you would want to choose between finance and marketing later in the third year.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are done after the completion of the third year. Many companies come to the campus for the placement procedure. 85% of students get placed, and the remaining will always get placed out of the campus because a degree from NMIMS has a very huge value out in India.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are comparatively higher than other colleges offering BBA, however, it's value for money. You'll not doubt whether my money is being properly utilized. If you are economically challenged for some time, they won't force you to pay the money, they'll give you time which is very considerate of the college.
Campus Life
There are many fests organized at the college throughout the year, you can check the college website for more details. Sources for books and journals are also there in ample amounts. Classrooms are also amazing, with air-conditioning throughout the lectures. All the social clubs and committees are organized by students, one should always take part in these activities as it will always lead to something fruitful by the end of the event.
