Entrance Preview

Students have to appear for the entrance exam for this course conducted by DTE from time to time.A good score in CAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT/XAT is also necessary for every student for pursuing MBA.Bachelor degree in ant discipline from any recognised University compulsory for all the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course is related to financial management.All that is need to be understand is that, we have to understand each and every topic from the roots. Otherwise it will be difficult for the students to move ahead.Being an MBA student one should understand the tactics of managements.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are not provided by our college.Letter of recommendations is to be taken from various teachers as per the requirement of the students.The teachers are supposed to write good and relevant reviews as per the students.Students usually very much satisfied by the reviews that teacher provides during the recommendation thing.

Placement Experience

Placement is not fully assured by our Institution.Students also apply off-campus for placements with full preparation and determination.Placement cell also not so supportive towards the campus interview of the students.Every student need more enthusiasm and moral support to face in campus placements.Now, I am working in ICICI Prudential.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel food is not that great.It is quite oily which makes it no more edible for the students to eat and satisfy themselves.They themselves order food and pizza or go out for having meals.For this reason, they develop an eating habit of outside foods which is not good for their health.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Exam Structure

Exams are held in 2 way systems.One is the mid-semester exams and other is the end semester exams.Compared to mid-semester exam the end semester exams conducted in a more strict way.There is a gap between 2 3 days in between the exams.

MY EXPERIENCE AT INDIAN SCHOOL OF MEDIA

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after 2nd semester examination. Indian School of Media have tie-ups with top 209+ companies in the media space and they provide students internships and placements in one of these companies. Companies like DNA Entertainment, Yash Raj Films, BALAJI Telefilms etc. My plan after graduation is to work for a digital marketing company.

The institute is well-known and the program that I wanted to pursue was only one-year long here, all the good aspects such as impressive placements, rigorous curriculum, easily approachable and distinguished faculty members, student-driven campus, etc encouraged me to apply for this institute. For the application process, I had to pay an amount of INR 700 while submitting my application form through the official website of the college.

The college of practical thinker

Remarks:

Being a fully residential campus there is complete focus on all aspects of student life, like and games, gymnasium, entrepreneurial activities, social events, and recreation. The learning environment is quite motivating and also relaxing. Classrooms, as well as the living accommodations, are also excellent.
