Remarks
I did not apply to any other colleges, Indian School of Media was very convenient when it comes to travel, the fees were really reasonable and the main fact that it was worth every penny. Indian School of Media lives up to the college dream and also takes good care of their students.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is a perfect blend of theory and practical, we had a lot of opportunities to explore in the field of Media and event management, we got to work for various events as a part of our hands on experience and got placements in top companies and had the opportunity to freelance with top companies in the industry as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for Post Graduate Diploma In Media and Event Management was 70,800 including GST, back in 2021. There were no registration fee or any entrance exams. It wasn't a merit based enrollment. There's a Diploma Program in Media and event management but their fees for it was different
Campus Life
Indian School of Media is a part of St. Xavier's College, the only government recognised college and they do have a huge and very beautiful campus, which adds on to the college experience, plus all the students are allowed to use all the amenities the college offers
Faculty
The faculty were all Industry Stalwarts, and we had interactive session in each and every class, all the doubts were cleared and all the sessions were fun. There are only two Semesters. I never disliked anything about this whole experience.
Night Life
There are a lot of small pop up stalls outside the campus, beach at a walking distance, can see the Bandra Worli Sea link from the beach it's pretty calming, there is also third wave cafe near the station which is another nice spot to hangout.
