Entrance Preview

When I was shortlisted the cutoff of this college by the given entrance exam (CET), I gave some aptitude test and Personal interview to take admission in this college. The interview is also easy they ask about many questions related to my previous qualification and why do you want to join in our university

Internships Opportunities

My college internship was very nice. My internship was in IBM. It helps me a lot in my job. Now I am a Business Analyst in IT company and my domain is Mobile Application development.

Scholarships are provided by our colleges for talented students. There is a criterion for every scholarship. Not only for talented students even students studying there whose parents are below the poverty line can also apply for the scholarship

Life of Master of Technology at NIT Raipur.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my curriculum Information Technology, we have to study Cloud computing, Advanced Machine Learning, Advanced Data Structure and Analysis, Distributed System, Blockchain Technology, Computer Networking, Data Science, Bioinformatics and many more subjects are taught. I choose this course as because it is aligned with my interest and matches my Bachelor of Technology field. By learning Cloud Computing, Advanced Data Structure Analysis, Advanced Machine Learning, Blockchain Technolgy; we get ready for industry job. In this course we learn how to solve real-world problems and solutions to them. For improvement in the curriculum, I would suggest not to involve more theory rather than go for more practical learning. The exams happens after every 3 months in a year. Generally the end-semester happens at December and May. The exam is moderate level.

Good placement but infrastructure is disappointed

Placement Experience:

There is good amount of exposure so we get placed easily off campus and also the alumnis are supportive and provide recommendation letter to companies Adobe ,google , microsoft, tcs , whirlpool, wipro, samsung , and many big companies visited our campus in my course 90 percent students get placed My plans to get a off campus placement

More or less its like a school for 1st year students.

College is more like a school. You need to wear uniform anyhow,teachers are not friendly, more than technical the aproach here is academical,there is most chances that you will be debarred if you fail 75 attendace in each subject which means you will have to attend almost 95 percent to college working days. If you want to enjoy dont come here. This is very strict college. It takes fine for everything and will not allow you out of hostel after 6:30 leaving food time....Read More
