My overall remark about college would be that it helped through each and every phase of my life during my period there and still is doing the same. If you want to grow to be better person and achieve success in your respective field, it is the right place for you to be pursuing your career.

I took many entrance examinations, one of which was UPTU. My rank was around 10k. I opted for the online counselling and had a choice to fill for the colleges. I did a lot of research beforehand and had a list of colleges which suited me the best. I took advice from my mentors regarding this and came to know about the college (G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management) in Greater Noida which is progressing at a very high rate and if I need to develop my skills I should probably opt for it. So I filled my choices and my luck I got the college.

The access to the course curriculum is easy. There is a digital dairy in the campus which is accessible to each and every student and faculty. There is a whole set of books and recordings for the students which can be read and seen whenever needed. The library is open throughout the day and even in nights during special scenarios of research and development. The rest is carried out with the professors and their skills which helps in getting all the notes and imparting knowledge other than the required syllabus which would later help on with the overall development. There are various projects and competitions held on an occasional basis for the understanding and growth of the students and let them know about the present world scenarios and help them compete with the current competition in the market which leads them to always stay a step ahead. Special privileges are provided to the students who want to pursue their carrier in research and development. Extra time and effort is given to them and help them achieve success in life. Various seminar and projects are held on to the students for their better understanding of concepts and their working. Case studies and research documents are published in order to promote growth and development. The staff is very helpful and always has a keen eye on helping the students. Various scholarships are provided to the students so that there is not any discomfort in their path to success and glory they bring to themselves and the institute.

Yes there are various means to be a part of the internship program. Various programs under the innovation center are held in regards to the growth. Students can focus on their studies as well as be a part of the Microsoft Innovation program which helps in providing internship to the students with dreams and goals of being an entrepreneur. The college center stands as a backbone to all such activities enabling its students to grow to their full potential and achieve success in life. The stipend varies according to the level of work you do and how much you provide as an individual to the project.

The placement record has been the best. Various MNC’s visit the college with a variety of packages and students get placed having put in their effort and hard work. The various companies which visited through campus are TCS, IGATE & Capgemini, Sopra Steria, Josh Technology, Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. British Telecom, GrapeCity India Pvt Ltd., Accenture, Tata Teleservices Ltd. ,Wipro Technologies, Wipro Technologies, Successive Softwares, Capital Via Global Research Limited, Foresight Group International AG, Polaris Consulting & Services Limited., Headstrong Genpact, NTT Data, Zycus, NIIT Technologies, Saint Gobain Glass, Virutsa, Fiserv, Infogain, XOR Labs, Prolifics Corporation Ltd, Paytm, HCL Technologies, Whirlpool of India Ltd etc. The packages provided by them depended on the type of profile they are hiring and the number of students they are hiring. There are also chances of off campus placements. Various companies select the location as the site for it’s off campus placements and various opportunities are provided to the students. Major placement records are made each year and new goals and opportunities are created for the following year. The placement goes around about 95% of the students from the overall batch. With each year new milestones are made and extra effort and time are given to even better those results. The concerns of the students are listen and the Placement Cell is always ready to help out with their problems. It has been ranked as the top most Private Institute in U.P. by the National Institutional Ranking Framework under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

There are various events celebrated in the college. From start to the end the hard work finally pays off when the part starts. Fresher and Farewell parties among with various fest and celebrity highlights are one of the best days. The college is totally in support with the all activities held within the curriculum. Dance and singing competition both solo and duet along with ramp walk and talent hunt are one the major attractions of the show. There are shows such as Treasure Hunt which is the major focus of the show. It points to each and every student and participation level is maximum. The enthusiasm levels are the highest and completion is held around the whole campus. Not only cultural fest but also technical fest are also a part of great attraction. Various coding rounds and skill test are taken in various levels in order to prove their talent. Various ideas are represented and listen by the higher executives and the judges and the best are allowed to focus their growth in their respective field. Finally the prizes are given to all the winners and a participation certificate is given to each and every student and as well as the organizers for all their determination and support to make the fest a great success. The fest are held once a year per branch of the college. Various sponsors take part in the fest in order to promote their brand value and maintain a focus by giving vouchers and coupons for selling out their products.

The fee structure is not too expensive. It ranges according to various section of courses you have opted. It keeps on ranging from one year to another. There is difference for the fees if you have been the topper in the university. There is also a way in which the fees can be paid in installments. The care is taken if you have an emergency and can’t fully pay the fees at once. There are various methods of payment of fees such as through cash, Online Transfer, Demand Draft (DD) and also there is one latest addition to the list i.e. PayTm. Various scholarships are given to the students who are not capable to submit their fees and are economically challenged, there is compensation in their fees so that it does not have any effect on their studies. There is also a scholarship for the students who are university toppers while taking admission and have a category in any other examination. On special request relief is given to the students and funds are provided by the college for their further studies. If higher studies are continued with the institute then there are special privileges given to the students in their fees and nomination is also held according to their performance in the current course. The institute always take care of the students which are worthy of the help and have them built a bright future. The fees structure changes every year regarding to the new rules and regulation of the institution.

There are scholarships provided to the students who are economically challenged or have a poor background. Special cases are considered in this respect and they are given a relief in their fees up to a particular extent. There are also scholarships given to the students whose family income is less than the poverty scale. This scholarship is provided by the government but later on it helps the students to pursue their career in their respective fields without concerns and disregards. Scholarships play a major part when you have shown devotion and hard work in any central level examination and achieved great ranks.

The campus life is one of the best part of being a student. It is one of the most enjoyable and awesome phase of the person which he misses throughout his life. There are various activities held around campus which the students can enjoy. Various extra-curricular activities are held in the campus such as inter-branch as well as inter-college competitions of badminton, football, basketball, cricket and volleyball. Each and every sport is played with great enthusiasm and supported by the institute. Coaches are given so that there is proper attention to their play. Each and every lab is equipped with all the latest equipment’s and meet every guidelines for safety standards. Technical fest carriers out competition which include debates, group discussions, robotics and many other idea representation which remain the main focus as it may be the idea that can build a better future. There are not much politics within the campus related to any issues. The higher authorities are always open to any discussion and listen to each and every problem and try to solve them as soon as possible. So never came any need of politics related to any issues such as race, religion or sexual orientation. The economic status never came part into existence and there are many aspects to this point. The institute has provided with the campus dress which is mandatory for each and every student to wear in the campus. Equal focus is given to each and every student irrespective of their background or any other specific detail.

The hostel facilities provided are up to the mark. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The boy’s hostel is inside the campus whereas the girl’s hostel is outside the campus. There is too much strictness so that there is no ragging. There is a separate hostel for the fresher’s so that they do not have any discomfort. There are specific timings to both the hostels and forms have to be filled before leaving the hostel and get it signed with the respective authorities. There are sharing rooms which are generally three seater. The rooms are provided with bed, almirah and studying table. The restrooms are not attached (boys hostel). Common rooms are provided for fun and entertainment. TV, table tennis and snooker are provided to the students after their hard day to relax themselves. Gymnasium is also one of the facilities provided to the students who want to remain fit. There is special concern regarding the quality of the food that is being served in the hostel mess. The mess food is up to the mark and there is a menu according to which it is served. Meal is served four times a day i.e. breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The food is served to the students in their room if they are not capable to reach the mess due to bad health or any other circumstances. Weekend’s meal is special and there are changes to it than the normal days. Special food is provided on different occasions during fasting.

The alumni network on the college portal is very easy to access and you can directly subscribe to it and get regular updates and post information directly. You just need to sign in with your details of college and you are good to go. The seniors are very helpful in each and every aspect. I knew many of my seniors and they helped me a lot with my subjects. It was one of the best experience to take guidelines from both my professors and as well as my seniors, it gave clear picture of the subject and help me understand it properly with any further problems.

The exam structure is to the point which helps students to focus on the right pattern that would later help them in order to get better results. There are various exams held between semesters which help the students to focus on the correct pattern and manage their time accordingly. The same pattern questionnaires and sheets are provided in order to match the requirements. Each and every exam held carries a specific section of the course which is covered part by part so that there is not any burden and the syllabus is completed on time and within the given time frame. There are usually two exams held with specific sections to the course and the final exam before the mains is conducted with all the topics covered. In between various assignments and labs are held which help to maintain the focus on the practical exposure to the subjects. It helps a lot because it gives the imagination about the working and functionality of the subject. The coding helps us maintain our logical part to the right level in accordance to the various applications. Extra effort and consideration is given to students which are not able to give their exams because of genuine reasons. Re-test are taken until and until they are up to their mark and maintain a passing score with respect to the passing guidelines of the examination. The structure followed may seem sometimes too much but when it gets the best results it totally worth the hard work and determination of the college.

I got admission in this institute by the process of online counselling done through UPTU. Firstly you have to qualify the exam and then based on your rank the dates are given in order to fill your choice regarding the availability of seats in the college that you have selected. There are many levels of counselling and then only based upon your rank the selected college is allotted. There are a whole list of colleges in the counselling, you have to select the colleges based upon your priority of admission and then they are locked. The results are announced in few days and the allotted colleges are displayed. If you didn’t get the college according to your choice you can easily not avail your seat and opt for the second level of counselling. This process continues for around 3-4 times. Once you have selected your college you have to get to the college in the respective time frame and confirm your seat. There is also a choice for the selection of the type of course you are willing to opt in the respective colleges. The type of course that you choose also has a great impact upon the type of colleges are you are being given. Once all the details are confirmed there is nominal amount that has to be paid to the college during the seat confirmation and then the whole amount has to be paid before the start of the college. There are several other ways of payment of fees in the college, opt for which suits you the best.

The access to the faculty is been made very smart. There are numerous ways to reach out the faculty in times of need. There are portal services where students can directly ask a question and get a relevant answer within a given frame of time. There is always a way to communicate with the help of cell phones. The professors are very serious to work and always ready to help their students. There is healthy environment where students can easily work with the help of their teachers. Extra time and effort are always given by the professors for the overall development of their students. Every level of help is provided and not a single stone is left untouched. The very teaching guidelines and standards are met in order to provide with the correct and authentic study material. Written note are also provided extra classes are also given to the students who need them. There always has been a system of open growth and support from the staff and as well as the professors. An extra effort is always on part with the professors and every way is tried so that the concepts and details are made clear and very easy to understand. If there is a need for extra attention specific arrangements are made in order to provide with the best knowledge that can be hand over to the individual. The faculty is also taken care of by the students as their stays a way of mutual understanding and respect.
