Remarks

Admission for this course is done through CCMT counselling which is a counselling process for M.Tech courses of all NITs in India. The eligibility for this course includes a graduation degree in mechnaical, electrical or electronics engineering with a valid GATE score in the specialization of graduation course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was very professional. Every semester, the evaluation of the teaching-learning process is done through mini, mid, and end-term examinations with individual subject seminars which students have to give in order to earn credits to get the degree. Also, all of the faculty members in the department were holders of doctoral degrees which indicates their expertise in the field.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The course includes four-semester hence fees should be submitted four times in two years. As only GATE-qualified students were given admission in this course, so all of them got a stipend from the Ministry of Education, India every month. Apart from a stipend, students of reserved categories get a waiver in tuition fees.

Campus Life

The campus life is very peaceful. We have different clubs for multiple activities and a very big sports complex where facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports are available. We have a central library and a departmental library. Classrooms are less with all the digital facilities.

Placement is not quite good .From 3rd semester student become eligible for placement.In my batch only 3 company visited and hardly 5 to 6 placement were made.Highest was 8.9 and lowest was 2.My plan is to work on good sectir where i can grow

Placement Experience:

The placement starts coming at the end of 6th sem or beginning of 7th. You can expect around 15-20 companies to visit. Recently there have been visits by carwale, quantiphi, cognizant, Cape Gemini, Infosys, Kfintech, TCS. All of them had their packages in the range 6-8 lpa. Highest packages reach around 20LPA for a handful of students as one of a good company might visit Like Intuit, Zscaler, Deustche Bank While obviously some students crack off camps and recieve even better options 60-70 percentage of students can get placed here My plans are doing Masters incase I don't get a good enough job.

There are lots of student apply for placements once in a time few got placed but company like tsc capgemeni took mass hiring from college. In 7 or 8 semesters students was allowed to sit in placemnet. Studnets are placed in company got joinning in short perioud of time abd they also provide offer letter to them. The admission process in MANIT is same as in other NITs , the admission in this college is based upon the JEE mains score and rank. after the result jossa and csab counselling takes place and the result of this councelling gives the chance to take admission in this college in Btech degree .
