Remarks

The BSc. Microbiology course can be availed after 10+2 with a secure percentage in this college. The college management is good at providing all accurate information on the college's official web portal. I found all the details of the applications on the internet. The college web portal has a good overview of the entire college and its infrastructure. The fee structure here is also good and quite affordable. The application dates come out right after the declaration of the state board results on the 12th. Reservation is not that common here and it is an unbiased college. The college has a good infrastructure and provides will all the facilities from good notes to good counseling. It also has strict rules and regulations. The only improvement that the college can have is more improved lab facilities. Otherwise, it is a good college with good faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose this course because of my interest in the subject. This course is very good in availing good opportunities in the field of bioscience. Al total there are 8 teachers in the field of bioscience. Most of the teachers here have a Ph.D. degrees. We usually have exams held after a month after a new session starts and unit tests are also held and finals are conducted at the end of every session. The exam quality is good and easy to pass if studied.

Internships Opportunities

4

GNRC, GMCH, Purobi, Nexcare, Apollo, Wamul, Unilever, non-paid internships, and also paid internships can be availed, since we are still in the 4th sem we are yet to receive any form of projects and other tasks

Fees and Financial Aid

The recent hike in fees is 78,000 while in our time it was 77,000. The cost to study is quite affordable for the courses here. Students who score good marks can easily avail good scholarships, financial assistance, or campus jobs

Campus Life

4

The annual fest here is known as Sanskriti. This is conducted in January every year. The library is well equipped with all the facilities and has a good collection of books in both the field of biotechnology and microbiology. Classrooms are well equipped with fans and lights.

The course geology focuses on Earth's processes, natural resources and environmental challenges. It prepares me from real life application, field work, laboratory works and problem solving. To enhance the course more field study and hands-on experience is needed, guest lecturer from professionals in the field is required.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspect that influenced me to choose this course is , computer science. I'm interested in coding and programming. The curriculum lacks in preparing you for real-world applications as it focuses on mostly theory part . The improvement they can do is , by teaching students practically more and theoretically less. Because coding requires practice. The difficulty level is average , so frequency and timing of exams are fine .

The curriculum is good, but the syllabus seems to be too old comparing today's current world. This curriculum includes 41st semester, starting with C++, Java, data structure and algo. since I am in the final year for me, currently, it's networking. helps in learning the basic things, but to cop up with the real worls, you need to get in touch in your own
