Remarks

There was an entrance exam for every course at IP university after the exam they will provide you with the rank according to your marks. And the college is provided as per rank basis. At the time of form submission, you have the option to choose your priority in colleges. There was 4 round of cutoff. You have to pay the 1-year fee after the 1st round. If you will not pay the fee then you cannot participate in round 2. You have to wait for the additional round after the 4 round in that there is less chance of getting your prior college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was osm. They will provide you with extra courses like ms word, ms excel, and power bi with certificates and qualified faculty. If we talk about faculty the behaviour was very supportive. The faculty members especially the director sir were soo kind and supportive

Internships Opportunities

The college has a club/group name internware you can also check this on Instagram. The internware club provide internship to different companies. You don't have to find the company you just have to enrol in internware and they will find the best internship as per your interest

Placement Experience

The college provides campus placements in big companies like Wipro, PWC, amazon etc. The posting is for different departments like accounting, AP and AR, marketing sales etc. A maximum of students are getting placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are comparatively high but it is worthful if you will are sincere. There is very different types of clubs and activities for everyone. You can join any of them like finance, management,Kranti etc.

Campus Life

Campus life is great in IITM. The canteen, library and computer lab were fully air-conditioned and clean. The food in the canteen was very yummy. And the classrooms are also air-conditioned and neat and clean.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I applied for lovely professional University I choose this college because of this one of the top most colleges of IP University and had better placement a options they in short 100% placement at my time.
