Amazing and Improving placements.

The admission to the college was based on the JEE MAIN Scores. After which Jossa counselling round was held through which I was allotted my preferred branch and college. It was then followed by a mail from the college which showed the SOP for the admission process was explained which required us to visit a site and fill in the required details. I hope the site is improved for a smooth experience.

I chose this course solely from the placements perspective. The faculty: student ratio is pretty good. All the faculty members are highly distinguished people and have expertise in their subjects although you won't like the teaching method of all of them some of them are pretty good. Term exams were held on time and were on a moderate to hard level.

The internships offered by big tech companies are of the highest packages such as Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart etc. The roles offered for internships vary from company to company. The internships here offer a good chance to experience a work environment.

The placements here are just getting better year by year. This year the highest package offered was 72 LPA. Whereas the average package was 14.7 LPA. The companies offering these high packages are good product-based companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs etc. Placement percentage is 97.2%

The fees here are similar to in other government colleges and it is much easier to avail of scholarships, education loans and fee remission as there is a lot of assistance from college authorities. The college also has an SBI branch on campus.

The annual cultural fest here is Culfest. It gives the students a platform to perform and showcase their talents. Whereas Ojas is the annual techno-management fest of NIT Jamshedpur where students participate and display their projects in fields such as technology, management etc. There are also various clubs and societies run by students which enhance overall student personality

The hostel accommodation is amazing, considering the fact that you get single seating rooms from 2nd year onwards in the newly constructed Mega hostels. The mess food is also nutritious given in the hostels. Each room is provided with a bed, table, chair and a cupboard for storage.
