The college is acceptable

I got admission to this college through the state entrance exam Eamcet with rank 9222. Cut off the rank for ECE was 15000, I selected Sreenidhi and some other colleges for web options after the Eamcet exam, in the second round I got a seat in Sreenidhi with full fee reimbursement. After online reporting of the admission went to college to submit the applications and did self-reporting at college with all documents. It took much time at college for admission, Had to pay Rs.50000 as admission and another miscellaneous fee. The admission process is very slow at college. They should make the process much faster and smoother.

Due to corona exams being untimely, they conducted exams whenever they wished there. Sometimes they conducted exams very early and sometimes delayed very much. Much time was not given to preparation. Exams were not much difficult to pass because of the COVID pattern.

There are only some students who get internships with stipends. There is not much information about internship roles offered but commonly students get roles of assisting senior developers or as junior developers students get an internship in startup companies for assistance purposes.

From 3-1 student become eligible for campus placements. Most of the companies visited are IT sector companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, Google etc, the Highest package received was 12 lacs per anum, Avg package is 5 lakhs. The avg percentage of students getting placed is 85%.

The fee structure is the maximum fee that a state allows to collect. The course fee is 1,33,000 and recently hiked to 1,89,000. The students joined through a management quota to pay the total fee. For students with reservations and those who joined through the Eamcet entrance exam, Govt provides scholarships and Full fee reimbursement.

There are two Major fests (cultural and technical) conducted every year Sreevision and Adatsra one in Feb and the other in June. Libraries are well equipped with all books and journals. There are three old blocks and one new state-of-the-art block, all classes are in digital teaching mode. Students can participate in sports and extracurricular activities conducted by clubs sports mainly played are Volley ball, Basket ball, Kabbadi, and Football. There are many social clubs run by students like NSS, Bachpan Prayas, Arts club, etc.

I opted for a college hostel, It's 4km away from the college, The annual fee is Rs.1,00,000 they provided bus services to the college (inclusive of the fee). The hostel provides a good security facility. Rooms are spacious, Food is acceptable compared to other hostels nearby.
