The admission process in nit Jamshedpur through jee exam. the examination fee for jee exam is approx 650. you need not panic for jee exam if you left some chapters and in some chapters, if you have a very high command to tackle the problem and solve it in less time then you have high potential to crack jee and advance both faith in yourself. there are many reservation facilities are available if you are obc category than approx 50,000 AIR u get a seat in nit Jamshedpur civil branch and if you get 20000 then you must get a seat of CSE.loan facilities is available in our nit sbi bank in low interest. and also fee remission is available according to your annual family income.

According to my rank and my interest to get a government job I prefer the civil branch. our faculty is very good and we can't depend totally on our faculty. All the facilities are highly qualified and teaching methods are also excellent but it totally depends on us how to understand the topic that is studied.

Tata steel, tata motors, tata power, cpwd, BSNL, IIT DELHI, IIT MADRAS, IIT Guwahati and other institutes offer for internships in nit Jamshedpur. Approx 85 companies are participated till now to provide internships for students. and every year new companies are also visited here.

From the sixth semester, students become eligible for came-up placement. highest package is 40 lakh. our placement record in the civil branch is also 90%. And in cse, ece and electrical is 100%.and also in core branch the placement record is approx 88%.

If your total annual family income is below 1 lakh then you get a 100% scholarship here if your annual family income is below 8 lakh you get 2/3 of the tuition fee remitted here. fee remission process is completely done on the basis of your parent's income certificate.

Nit Jamshedpur is also famous for sports and gaming with higher facilities. there are various clubs to enhance our abilities in which we have an interest like CES, faces, NSS, chess and many technical clubs.

16000 per semester hostel fee. And 16000 is the semester mess fee. Our mess food quality is also good. our hostel is completely neat and clean. one bed and study table provide for us in the room. There is no problem with drinking water.
