GRIET Excellence in studies and placements!!

The admission into GRIET college was through TS EAMCET and for diploma candidates it was through TS ECET. But about 90% of the seats are filled in this college through TS EAMCET and the remaining are filled by TS ECET. To get into this college, a rank below 10000 is ok to get an excellent branch. The FEES for this college is 122000 per year. There are some management seats which cost more, about 6-7 lakhs. The placements are excellent in this college.

The faculty was good in this college compared to other colleges. Some lecturers completed their PhDs from IIT Hyderabad. I choose this ECE because there is a chance for both hardware and software fields. For each section there are about 60 students, faculty is sufficient for each section. The teaching methods are good, it was all through projectors by presenting PPTS and labs are quite good to say. The mid-exams are conducted for half the syllabus which takes 1.5 months to complete. The semester is conducted every 6 months after the completion of the syllabus.

There are some companies like Amazon, Microsoft, etc that are providing internship opportunities for the talented candidates in this college. And maximum stipend that is given is about 5k-10k. If the students have an interest, then the college provides more projects for them.

From 3rd-year students are eligible for placement. There are so many placement opportunities from multi-national companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, Facebook, TCS, etc. There about 80% of students get placed in this college every year. The highest package offered in this college is 44 lakhs per annum this is for the CSE student. The average package offered is 5.8 lakhs per annum. The lowest salary offered is 3 lakhs per annum.

The FEES for this college is 122000 per year for all branches. There is fee reimbursement provided for this college student from the government. If the rank is below 10000 the full fee of the college will be paid by the government for all branches. And for candidates whose rank is greater than 10000, they will get 35000 from the government as a scholarship and the remaining has to pay by the student.

There are so many cultural activities in this college as a part of Pragya. The recent fest that happened is SPECTRA. There are a lot of other technical fests that are happening on this campus. there is a good library which consists of so many books for academics. The classrooms are comfortable for all branches and sections. There are so many games and sports like cricket, volleyball, basketball, box cricket, etc. There is a gym for both boys and girls separately on this campus.
