Remarks

It is a good place to learn. It has good faculty with industry experience and knowledge. It’s worth the money.

Entrance Preview

I took MAT and CAT entrance exam, and i secured 56 percentile and 65% at my graduation level. It is very good college in my city and one of the premium college in B-schools in my city.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are student-outcome focused and relevant to the marketplace. Courses is designed in such a way to develop management skills in the students.

Placement Experience

Marketing placements were good. Many multinational companies came and hired students such as Airtel, Alembic Pharma, Allegis group, Amazon, Apollo, Asian Paints, ATS, Axis Bank, Berger Paints, Biocon, Accenture, Coco cola, DELL, Infosys etc. Decent number of students get placed.

Campus Life

It was a good experience. Living somewhere totally different from where you grew up. One of the best infrastructures among the other B-schools and the college is developing and expanding the campus. All the classrooms and auditoriums along with the cafeteria, are the best and fully-equipped with the latest technologies.

Faculty

Very good faculty to teach with practical examples. The faculty members are highly educated and qualified. They try to give an insight from various sources, not just the syllabus.

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.

I had wriiten PGCET exam. Most of the college give first preference to CAT, MAT and other management seats. I had applied to Acharya Institute of Management, AIMS and BMS and the cutoff here was within 2000 ranking. since my ranking was beyond 2000 I was not selected here. Then I had kept JKSHIM as an option and I was alloted seat here as per my ranking. Admission process was quite simple at JKSHIM.
