Journey down the memory lane

The course curriculum was decent and covered different aspects of a management program. Initially focusing on all the departments and after the internship, we opted for specializations. Our program was a dual specialization program and exams were held at the end of each semester. We learned a wide variety of subjects like business economics, financial management, hr management, operations, etc.

Our college has a good placement record. Around 80% of the students were placed from my batch. The major companies which visit our campus for recruitment include South Indian bank, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, etc. The packages offered are also pretty decent.

My annual fee was around 1.4 Lacs which was pretty feasible for an MBA program. Because generally, the institute charges a heavy fee for a professional program like MBA. The placements are also good here and overall the infrastructure was very good.

Our institute heavily pushes the students towards extracurricular activities along with academics. Students from our college participated in the Bloomberg Olympiad and secured second position. Sports and other cultural activities are also quite prevalent here. Cultural fests are also pretty good and the cultural dance performances during the performance were heartwarming.

In order to get admission to the MBA program at our university, students have to attempt an entrance test organized by the university itself. The admission process was pretty smooth though and the administration was very friendly during the interview round.

Our faculty was very experienced and had a significant amount of experience in the corporate sector. They were teaching the subject which was directly related to their previous profile. In this way they were able to provide us an first hand inside view of the corporate and jobs we will be taking.
