Remarks

The eligibility for B.A. geography honours is 12th pass. The application form will be available on the college website in the month of June to August. Students belonging to sc, st, Obc non-creamy layer get the scholarship through the Jharkhand e Kalyana platform about 80% of fees are returned by the Jharkhand government to the students.

I chose this course because I have developed an interest in my 12th standard. It has 6 faculties in the geography department. Teachers are cooperative with students term exams were held precisely on time. It is moderate in difficulty level to pass.

This course fee is 26000 rupee for one year. The fee is hiked around 10% every year The scholarship is provided by Jharkhand Government to reserved category students This can be availed from the Kalyan portal and bonafide from the college office

Campus Life

In the college students are explored through various sports and cultural activities. Various organisations work in this college like NCC and NSS. Sports like basketball, football, and volleyball kabaddi are played on the campus.

They provide all the three courses but as to which stream is the best then the answer would be Humanities . The teachers here are brilliant and very easy to understand for someone like me with a bit of ADHD .

I has a vision to study English from the very beginning. I wanted to study English since i was good at English and also the most important thing was me being an isce student upto class 12 which inculcated a strong English base in me English as a subject is very vast. As the world is heading towards modernisation English has become a very important thing. Gossner college has good English professors and also i heard a lot from most of my seniors that gossner college has best English faculty. The frequency of exam is 2 exams per semester where the portion tought in the syllabus is asked and it's not very easy and not very tough too

I wanted to become a teacher so I chose this course . I will get graduated as well as get teacher training simultaneously. I will save 1 year in this integrated course. The curriculum is well prepared and gives us all the skills and knowledge required to become a good teacher. Exam happens every 6 months and difficulty is not too high . We can easily score good marks if we give 1-2 hours daily .

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree.
