Remarks

I don't have any bad memories in my mind the college culture, management, students, canteen, labs, hostels, watchmen, library etc are soo good.

Entrance Preview

I have gone through PET exams i had scored 1st rank in technical stream, this college was reputed and no.1 in list of MP colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum and faculty was brilliant the type of study was so good.

Internships Opportunities

As this college is autonomous and no.1 in MP, therefore so many companies are visited.

Placement Experience

The placement is all about 80% for sure, multinational companies like HSBC, Accenture, DELL, HP, TCS, Hexaware etc are visited for the placements.

College Events

Annual college function (cultural events) was soo good even college is organizing some technical events like mock campus, symposium, quiz events etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont know about the scholarships loan, because i have not availed.

As my college is having no.1 ranking in MP, the selected students are also having the highest ranking. Due to this the competition among the students was also high they are also involved in extracurricular activities and sports the labs was equipped with latest tools the gender ratios can be rated as 50:50.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good maximum topper students are staying in the hostel so there is advantage for getting more knowledge from them by interacting in hostel I was also stayed in hostel the food quality was good i will rate it 7/10.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Being a hostler, my interaction with the seniors was so close they helped me at any point of time by sharing books, notes, knowledge etc even after completing the degree i am used to interact with regularly.

LIFE IN MITS-DU

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

I have applied to many nits and I got seat in NIT bhopal in electronics and communication branch. But I chose Sgsits cse over nit bhopal ece because I wanted to pursue my career in cse and I have no interest in ece. The admission process of the college is easy . First filling of application through date and then if we get seat we have to report college for the final admission process which is just of 1-2 hours and after fee submission your admission is confirmed.
