Students are selected based on their class 12th examination in the Science stream from any board. The application form fees are 300 and you have to apply the form from the official site of Usha Martin University application dates are open from March to the date all seats are filled.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Bsc agriculture because I had an interest in the agriculture field and there is a great scope for agriculture in the future. The faculty members who taught us are very experienced and helpful. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Almost every teacher's teaching quality is excellent and they listen to the queries of each student. Exams are conducted twice each semester
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester we all are eligible for placements. Around 65% of the students of undergraduate are placed every year. In the third year of the course, the college gives internships in different companies for example Tata. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, G.k agro-industries, Kaveri seed company limited, etc come each year here. The average package is around 3LPA as the college is too new so the alumni network is not too great here.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are around 2.86 lakhs for the whole four years, return on investment is okay here. Scholarships are given based on merit here that if our percentage inboard is 95 or greater you will get 100 percent scholarship on your tuition fees and if your domicile is Jharkhand you will get an additional 10 percent scholarship and you can also apply for State government scholarship that is Kalyan
Campus Life
Samavesh is the annual fest conducted by Usha Martin University. We get all the facilities such as Wi-Fi, library, and labs for students of our college. All books are available here. Clubs like coding, photography, meme, environmental, etc are here run by college senior students
